GROW is the outreach strategy of Williamstown Baptist Church. God has called us to reach out to our family, friends, community and the world. He desires us to love people and point them toward Him. We are a church that cares for people and will intentionally share the gospel and love for others. We join God in His desire for all people to worship Him.

GROW Teams:

Identification

God has called the church to make disciples. We must always be aware of people who need God and His love. We will actively identify potential worshippers and those in need of care.

Prayer

Prayer is foundational at Williamstown Baptist. We will purposefully, intentionally and passionately pray for those who have spiritual, physical and emotional needs.

Contact

Through cards, email, letters and phone calls we will contact identified people to share the love of God. Our contact team will contact people to encourage, support and let them know of our care and concern for them.

Visitation

We will be available to make face to face contact with individuals and families to share the Gospel and the love of Christ. Our visitation team will visit to follow up on visitors to the church, those in need and those new to the community.
